If you are not entirely happy with items purchased, providing the goods are in perfect condition, tags are still intact, and with a copy of the original invoice, Rachel Riley London Inc. can offer the below options. Please note, we do not provide return labels and shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a return, please email customerservice@rachelriley.com. Please include your order number and the item you wish to return in your email. 

Full Price Items

Full priced items may be returned for a refund or a credit note (valid for one year).

Please note: items must be received back within 14 days of customer receipt to be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

Items must be received back within 30 days of customer receipt to be eligible for a store credit.

No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of customer receipt.

Sale Items (items discounted less than 50%)

Sale items (discounted less than 50%) may be returned for a credit note (valid for one year).

Items must be received back within 30 days of customer receipt to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Final Sale Items (items discounted 50% off or more or any other items considered final sale)

Items discounted 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Personalized items, face masks, and any items marked 'final sale' are also considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

We also regret we cannot take back merchandise that was purchased outside of RachelRiley.com.
