Please click on the contact us section of our website to find our address, email address, telephone and fax numbers.  If you do have a specific enquiry and you can email, please write your comments in the enquiry section of this page.  Our mailorder department check these enquiries everyday and so you should receive a quick response.
How do I look through the new website?
We now have different ways to search through our website.
You can search by clothing type, size, colour or product code.
You can do this by looking through the sections on the left hand side of the website. If you are looking for something in particular or you know the product code for an item, you can type this into the search box and the screen will display any pieces that match your search. For e.g. If you want to look at all the blouses we stock, simply type in the word “blouse” and press the arrow button and you will see all our blouses.
You can also view each collection for example girls altogether by clicking on any of the options at the top of the website.
Soon we will also have our catalogue available too so you can flick through the pages online.
How do I put an item in my shopping bag?
To buy an item online, you need to be registered with our website. 
To do this, click on my account and type your email address into the section “new customers”. Then follow the steps until you are registered and logged in.
If you are already registered, just click on the “my account” button on the top right of the screen and follow the login instructions.
To put an item in your shopping bag, go to the shopping page for that item, click the size and colour you require and click on "add to shopping bag".
I’m already registered but I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
To receive a password reminder, simply go to the section my account and type in the email address you registered with into the section “forgotten password”. This will send you an email with your password on.
If you type in your email address wrongly or an email address not registered with Rachel Riley, the website will tell you an error has occurred.
How do I remove or change the quantity of items in my shopping bag?
To view the contents of your shopping bag, click on the bag icon on the bottom left of your screen. This will show an overall list of items in your shopping bag. 
To increase or decrease the quantity ordered for a certain style, type in new number required under “quantity” and click the update button. If you do not click the update button, the website will not make any changes to your order.
If you would like to delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the remove icon.
How do I register to receive emails on updates and promotions at Rachel Riley?
You need to be registered to our site to receive regular emails.
To do this you can type your email address into the section at the top right of the website “Sign to our newsletter” and then follow the instructions. Make sure you fill in any sections with a star next them. Your name, address & any other personal information remains confidential with us and will not be exchanged, sold or divulged. 
Can I buy Rachel Riley from other stores or websites?
Yes you can!  Please click here to see a list of stockists in your area.
How do I unsubscribe from receiving emails
Please click on the "unsubscribe" icon at the bottom of one of our emails.  If you change your mind and would like to receive emails again, simply go back to an old email from us and it will give you the option to re-subscribe to our email list
