Eloise at the Plaza only accept exchanges for unused or unopened items within 10 days of customer receipt accompanied by an invoice.  No refunds or returns.  Thank you.

Non-Sale items

Exchange or refund for merchandise that is returned to us within 14 days of customer receipt.

Exchange or credit note (valid for one year) for goods returned to us within 30 days of customer receipt.

Sale Items (Items marked at a discounted price less than 50% off)

Exchange or credit note (valid for one year) for goods returned to us within 30 days of customer receipt.

Final Sale Items (Items marked at a discounted price 50% off or higher)

Items offered at “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our boutiques, internet or mailorder.
